Mini-Games

Originally, in the preview version of the game, Treasure Mania, there were six mini-games that could be played in order to discover treasure. When the preview ended and the full game began, a seventh mini-game, Fruittle was added.

Aztec Memory[]

Aztec Memory

Aztec Memory is essentially the childhood card game of Concentration. The player flips over pairs of tiles trying to match the pictures that are hidden. When a match is made, the tiles stay face-up. When all tiles have been matched, then the game is over.

Wooden Maze[]

Wooden Maze

This mini-game was added during the February 16, 2010 map release. The object of the game is to "tilt" a wooden box so that any balls in the maze inside find their way to a target. The maze also has holes which cause any ball that falls inside to start back at its starting point.

Squarenigma[]

Squarenigma

This mini-game was added during the March 30, 2010 map release. The object of this logic game is to turn over all flipable tiles on the board. The player chooses a starting tile, and then may move in any direction that has an unturned tile. The player then automatically continues flipping tiles until hitting a wall, a tile that is not turnable, or a previously-turned tile. At that point, the player can choose a new direction in which to travel. To win, all tiles must be turned over by creating a single, unbroken path.

Bonus mini-game[]

Bonus mini-game

When a player goes up a level in a mini-game, they get to play a bonus game for fruit. Played much like a combination pinball/pachinko game, with the player controlling how hard the launcher on the left side of the game hits the token.

Gold Rush[]

Gold Rush

Originally, the Treasure Madness Gold Rush was merely a daily allotment of gold, but the February 5, 2010 map release brought a daily mini-game to play for gold. Using a mouse-driven hand to grab rolling gold nuggets, the player must avoid getting caught by one of the many spiders that also pass by. With the February 24, 2010 map release, a second version of the Gold Rush game was added using creeping skeleton hands in place of the spiders, for those with arachnophobia.
